
Josh (he/him) is a relationship weaver based in Washington, D.C. who has spent the last decade working in national and local movements for racial, gender, and economic justice. Before founding Ulos Group, he was the Director of Strategic Partnerships at iF, A Foundation for Radical Possibility, a private foundation based in the DMV.
He has previously held senior roles at the National Partnership for Women & Families and the National Women’s Law Center where he led work to organize, educate, and mobilize wealthy individuals, families, and family advisors. He is an alumnus of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation’s Hilton Laureate Fellowship for emerging humanitarian leaders, and Justice Funders’ inaugural Funder Organizing Institute cohort.
In addition to his professional practice, Josh is a governing board member of the D.C. Abortion Fund (DCAF), an advisor to the Festival Center in Adams Morgan, and Co-chair of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy (AAPIP)’s DC Metro Chapter.
