Caroline Charendoff

Caroline (she/her) is an experienced project manager and communications professional with a strong track record supporting mission-driven organizations through strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement.

She specializes in leading complex, research-based initiatives, streamlining processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver clear, data-informed outcomes across nonprofit, advocacy, and consulting environments, with experience spanning strategic communications, fundraising operations, and data analysis.

Previously, she served as a Manager at Ward Circle Strategies, where she led project management and operations consulting, and before that, she managed corporate and law firm fundraising initiatives at the National Women’s Law Center.

Caroline holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Project Management (MSPM) from George Washington University, a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
